I need the name of an artist who has a painting at the Art Institute of Chicago?
He divides his rather large paintings into small squares and fills each square with a swirl of color. From a distance it can be seen that the painting is a portrait. He is most likely American and living, and definately uses a wheelchair. His work is published.
