Is the Innotek IUT-302 UltraSmart a good training collar?

I want a very good training collar. I would rather pay one high price, then pay a low price and have to constantly replace it. What do you recommend?
greekman… I found it but the Dogtra 1200 was replaced with the 1600, which now has been replaced with the 1900 lol. What are the actually collar parts made out of. It almost looks like rubber. I looked on the website and it didn’t say.
Dogtra 1200 NCP or a tritronics model. I have used both and like them a lot, but, the Dogtra is cheaper and just as good as the more expensive models. Hope I helped!!
ADD: The collar is made of rubber or hard plastic and the unit itself is made out of metal. They are waterproof and I have never had one break on me. What is it that you do with them? I really abuse my E collars and they stand up great even after all the abuse..
