i just signed up for la fitness and got the free session with the personal trainer?

and i really don’t want to use it.
is there any way that i don’t have to? I used to do weight training and working out with my old team is there, so i know how everything works
and i don’t like the akwardness of a trainer

They can’t make you use it but I think that it’s a good idea. I thought the same as you then I had a session with my trainer and he showed be better form and technique. It greatly improved my workout and showed how I can get the maximum benefit in shortest amount of time.
