My puppy’s left eye is light pink with a bit of flesh visible from her bottom eyelid? Is this normal?

My full bred chihuahua Viva is around 6 or 7 months. Just this afternoon, I realized her left eye is light pink with a bit of flesh visible from her bottom eyelid? I don’t know if this is normal or not. Is it? She is my first pet ever and I love her so much. Is she okay? Should I take her to the vet? And oh, if this helps, I gave her a bath yesterday with the TiGi shampoo in a pink bottle for the dirty pups. It says keep out of eyes and ears. It might’ve gotten to her eyes. I also towel dried her after that and I think I was a bit rough because she wouldn’t stay still. Help

sounds like a cherry eye. It will need to be seen by a vet and need surgery if this is what it is.
