how do i tell my mom i already shaved my legs?

k so im 11 and i shave my legs and arms behind my moms back. i want to tell her, but its just to akward. she doesnt shave at all, cuz she has no hair on her legs or arms, and im so jealous of that lol. so once when we went to walmart, hair remover was on sale, and we walked past it, and im like soooo i wanna get hair remover or something, cuz its easier than shaving or waxing… and then shes like WHAT do you shave?? and then i chickened out and im like noo, im just saying it would be easier..

I had the SAME EXACT problem when I was about your age…(my mom’s hairless too). It all depends what kind of person your mom is. I started to shave my legs around your age and when my mom finally noticed she just looked at me like “you don’t need to do that your young and you’re not that hairy.” but the truth is, I kinda am- compared to her. So i didn’tt shave for a while and showed her how hairy i was and she just gradually excepted it. No screaming nothing she just accepted it.

If she gives you any problems about it, just tell her that the majority of girls shave. she may not be one of them but you are. If hair wasn’t a problem to most of us, there wouldn’t be any hair removal products.
