Does the Petsafe Stubborn dog electronic fence work?
This is cool , believe it or not I use to work for Petsafe. Yes there fences work but you have to take time to train your dog. You can’t just put down the fence and expect your dog to know why he/she is getting the shock. So if you will take time to train your dog the fence is great.
