Are male dogs more aggressive towards other dogs when they are around a female dog in heat?

We have three dogs. Two girls and a boy. The one female is in heat and the male has tied with her several times in the past few days. Now he is extremely aggressive towards the female not in heat who he was fine with before this breeding. He even had a litter with her before. If she goes close to him or the female in heat he attacks her. Im just wondering if any other breeders have come across this and if your dog got over that behavior when the female was done with her heat cycle. Thanks in advance.

I have never had the issue of a male being aggressive to other females besides the one in season.I’m surprised since it is usually the female getting snotty with the other female or a male towards another male.I suggest keeping them separated until the one is out of season.They should go back to normal after wards.If not you need to rethink about the male’s temperament.
