So I’m thinking about a furminator deshedding tool but would my pup actually benefit from it (PiC iNSiDE!)?
I have a year old pit/lab doggie..

People recommended the deshedding tool, but as i was looking at the demos they have on their website.. I’ve noticed that those dogs have an large amount of hair… and as you can see.. she doesn’t.. but she shed like crazy!!
So with that said…
Would this product be okay for my dog?

First, make sure she is getting a high quality diet, you would be amazed how much quality food helps with shedding the make sure the skin and coat are healthy with regular bathings. I love my furminator but most of my dogs have always had an undercoat which this product excels at taking out. I think this is the best deshedding tool out there. You can also try deshedding mitts and slicker brushes, those may work even better with a single coat short haired dog.
