Are Innotek Under Ground fence collars water proof?

It says they are water resistant but my 6 month old Siberian Husky LOVES our pond. Does anyone else use this product? He’s Ruined a shock collar by swimming in it. Before you flame me it was to try to teach him biting small children is NOT okay and he has since learned. I need to know so i can figure out if i need to close off the pond or if i can keep it so he can play.

If it is just “resistant” then no.

Personally I don’t trust anything that Inojunk produces.
