Do the dog restaurants in China hire people to round up stray dogs to serve in their restaurants?
If yes, what’s the typical salary of these people who round up stray dogs for dog meat? Do they earn more than garbage collectors?
Most big restaurants have staffs that go to the market to buy their live dogs there. They can tell the seller which breed they want and how to “prepare” them.
Smaller restaurants have their own staffs looking for stray dogs and do their own hunting. They do earn a lot more than garbage collectors.
