My hair is dead from dying it but it’s too short to cut off….So what should I do about it?
I’ve dyed my hair at least 2039483209481 times and my hair is obviously not as soft as it used to be. It feels and looks damaged. My hair is already kind of short so I can’t just trim the dead hair off. How do I make my hair healthy again?
