How can I get my kitten to be still while using a flea comb?

I used it for the first time today. Calmed her first and yet he just kept wriggling away the whole time. I wanted to use around the neck where I see him scratching, but he kept trying to bite me. How can I calm kitty down to use it? Would be grateful for any tips. Thanks guys.
He is on Frontline but wanted to use the comb in addition to that.

try making it tired by playing with it and when ur cat is about to sleep find a way to hold him by putting ur hand on his neck and a knee on his bottom =)
