Cod liver oil or fish oil and capsules or liquid?
It was recommended that I take Cod liver oil daily. Then doing my research I’m wondering should I take the Cod liver oil or Fish oil, and should I take it in liquid or capsule form? Bring on the advice!
The capsules are filled with oil and are well tolerated.
In the months that your are couped up indoors…chose cod liver oil as its vit. D content is highly absorbable. In the summer months getting plenty of sun exposure will provide you with adequate vit. D…so choose fish or salmon oil then.
If you work indoors all day like me…stick with cod liver oil…but dont take additional d suplements as you can get too much.
