What can you expect from a full body massage?

I work for a dentist, and one of our patients is a massage therapist. Instead of paying for her dental work, she is trading out massages. She comes into our office once every 2 weeks and does 20 min. chair massages for everyone. Occasionally the employees also get gift certificates for a one hour full body massage as a bonus. I have been holding onto mine for months, and finally decided to use it tomorrow. I have really no idea what to expect. Are you completely nude, do they use large sheets, do they use oils? Anyone who has had one, can you tell me what the normal protocal is?
I know any guy who reads this is going to be disgusted that I asked this, but here goes. I am not comfortable taking off my underwear, because #1 that kinda creeps me out, and #2 its that time of the month. Is it a big deal if I don’t want to? Also, I have this weird thing about oil. I can’t stand to have anything oily on me. Can I ask her to use something other than oil?

Usually you will be nude and covered by a sheet most of the time. She’ll move the sheet when she wants to get at a particular part of you, like your back or legs. It’s real sheet, not a towel, so you don’t have to worry that it won’t cover you. Most of the massage you’ll be on your stomach. She’ll use oil to make her hands move more freely during the massage. If you’re not comfortable being naked under the sheet ask her and she probably won’t mind if you wear underwear as long as your bra isn’t tight or you’re willing to unclasp it so she can massage your back.

It’s a really relaxing experience. I don’t especially like being touched, but I’ve enjoyed getting a massage from a good masseuse.

To answer your second questions (since I already talked about the underwear), you can ask her. Would lotion bother you? The idea is just to have something that allows her hands to move freely without friction. If she can’t use lotion or oil, your skin will get rubbed raw. Why don’t you call her before hand and maybe bring some lotion from home that you like so you’re really comfortable. And since she’s a woman too, why don’t you tell her about your period. She might have special techniques for your back or legs to ease the discomfort we all know comes with that time of the month.
